hi it does have fixed sights ,however these are removable ,it is the orignal ssg69 in green ,i suspect your friends one is black,with a 155 amax over 44 grains of varget set to spec c.o.l it is very,very acurate

i do have a scope and a bipod also a set of 30mm apel mounts quick release version same as standard 1" butt 30mm ,rare as hens teeth ,scope is a leupold vx3 6.5 20 x50 30mm tube completley rebuilt at leupolds factory last year (paperwork to prove) mill dot ,clear as anything they also updated and re calibrated it ,also rcbs competition dies ,loads of brass including 100 unfired ,still in the box ,none of this is included in the price of the rifle ,however if the rifle sells it will all be up for sale.
