Can't Zero Yukon XT on HW100

Hi Guys,

I Put a Yukon XT on my HW100 with Sports match high mounts but i can't Zero the scope....It's shooting about an Inch low at 25m and I've lowered the digital cross hairs as low as they can go.....

Was thinking my only options were to buy two 'step ups/raising blocks or bite the bullet and buy some adjustable mounts but the only ones I've found for a 30mm tube were £50-£60....

Any ideas or recommendations ?

Thanks in advance

Dave

Use a metal shim between the bottom of the scope and mount. I have used a strip (or two) cut from a beer can.

I'm a bit confused as to whether it is shooting low or aiming low? If you are having to move the cross hair higher then you should shim the front mount, if you are shooting low then shim the rear mount.

Great thanks guys that sounds good I'll give it a try.....Yes my post was not the clearest....the rifle is shooting low...I'll swap the mounts round and if still the same then pack out the rear one.

Thanks again for your replies
