Yes. I understand Mods have a job to be done and that it is a thankless task because you can't keep all the people happy all the time. I also can understand simple rules and instructions and understand the principals relating to free choice. I can dress myself in the morning and when I take my pants off at night there are no skiddies in my pants.32

No. I find the site rules highly complicated and confusing. Reading is a problem for me as well as following simple rules and instructions. I can get into all sorts of bother with even the easiest of tasks and sometimes need assistance wiping my bottom as a result I often have to change my pants during the course of the day.14
