    As others have said, this really does not add up.

    I've had a look at the petition, and a couple of things struck me.

     

    First, even assuming the numbers are correct, that must be one of the slowest "massacres" in history.

     

    Second, what on earth is that ludicrous picture supposed to be? "Aw, aren't they cute and fwuffy!"

     

    Looks like typical anti propoganda to me, designed to appeal to emotion rather than reason.
