Received pair of Sovereign last week.

 

When walking in the boots there is a clicking sound from within the soles.

 

Spoke to Sportsmans who advised that they have no more stock and would offer a refund.

 

Then spoke to Hunters who advised that thay sold ALL stock of Sovereign to Sportsmans

 

Then spoke to Dickinsons ( nominated repairers ) who advised that Hunters after sales is poor , they are not supplying any spares - zips etc.

 

The problem would appear to be with the wooden (bamboo) last within the soles which may be loose or split , it may settle down with wearing in.

If not would be a repair under warranty as a manufacturing fault

 

So much for bargain boots !
