  1. yeah ano. just been ages since when i was last ferreting now.
  2. anyoe have or know good ferreting ground in this area? i have ground but it is too over grown to ferret.
  3. plus ive just got new permission for the doos and ferreting so im keep saving the money for carts for that in the mean time lol:P but def up for it like !
  4. yeah id like to go to cluny but its a fair way to travel from monifieth ill defiantly go to the "retrun leg" at auchterhouse
  5. sounds like a good afternoon out. some one give is a shout if your having another afternoon at auchterhouse please
  6. similar to above , iwent out today on a wheat field and it was ****** of rain and i had 5 deeks in a sort of horse shoe shape, the doos were coming in consistantly after i walked about 150 + off the field i got 9 in an hour and a half and a right and a left for the first shot, which was good because i wasnt expecting anything, so its worth while taking a chance in the rain! even though i got soaked it was worth it in the end like! my tip would be have your deeks quite close in bcause they were really sharp in lifting in the rain once they reallise its not real pigeons! cheers james
  7. hi guys, i do alot of rooks and crow shooting , i usaully sit just behind a dyke waiting on them to lift around dusk , they depart in three groups but when i fire the first shot the other two big groups will fly in a different route what would be the best option to getting shooting on all three groups ? cheers james
  8. the best and most satisfying is letting the ferret or dog tear into it and bring it back to the hide the only problem is that the meat can be ruined!!
