Hi mate i have got a Theoben Rapid 7 mk1 fitted with a 1/2" UNF HW100 Weihrauch silencer on it which i bought last summer. The gun was doing 28ft/lbs at the time i bought the silencer and when i fitted it it made my gun wisper quiet! Since then though i have increased the power to 36ft/lbs which has made it a little less affective but its still very quiet compared to other guns my friends use. I`m looking at changing my silencer again in two weeks time to an 8" AWT type so will be selling the HW100 silencer if your interested in it? It has no marks at all on it and is in brand new condition, i even have the original Weihrauch cylinder tube it came in. I was going to put it on ebay in two weeks time but i`m willing to let you have it for £30 if you want it? I live in Norfolk and your more than welcome to come and try it out first if you like? I can post it to you at your cost on top of the £30 if that suits you better. Anyway they are really good silencer and i would like it to go on a decent gun if possible lol. This rifle is in tip top condition,full power non fac and is very accurate and very quiet and has a preassure guage on it. I am selling it for a friend who is working away at the moment,he has had the rifle about six months and never gets to use it much hence why he is selling it. I have for sale a brand new Hw80 High powered main spring, It was purchased as a pair from abroad. I fitted the other one to my mates fac Hw80 and it produced 18.5ft lbs i would like £22 posted for it. Warning it is your responsibilty to keep your fifle within the uk legal power limit of 12ft lbs!

Hi all Can anyone help me with some advice? I`m looking to buy myself a hw80 in .22 calibre with the intension of tuning it to fac level, licence pending, but i`m not sure whether to buy a new one and tune it or buy a secondhand one and tune it. Am i right in thinking that more power can be obtained from the older guns? I have contacted airrifleheadquarters.com in america asking what power output can be obtained from the gun and was given the following reply. It depends on the gun-seal etc. Over USA FAC power if you space it correctly- Old guns up to 23 ft lbs- New bad tubes 16-13 ft lbs in .22 I would like to buy a new gun if possible so i know that it has not been played about with but don`t want to buy a gun that cannot be tuned to 20+ ft lbs Help!! Tell me if i`m wrong guys but i thought it was ok to shoot pigeons on your own land if they are being a pest! As i said before i have a very big garden. I have two very big veg patches which the blighters just won`t leave alone. I also have two young girls who seem to be always treading in there poo. Dump dump dump dump, thats all they seem to do! If i do decide to shoot one though i really try my best to make sure none of the neighbours see it! Am i right? Cheers
