well i hope tomorrow some time you might even hear me shouting with job but i wont keep my hopes up!!! i kind of thinking of shying off the pigeons around my shoot as i have counted atleast 30 pairs of birds mating up! might just wait a little while and there will be loads of them then i am shooting over winter rape not long till harvist

Just to let you know! :*) :o :*) :< :< but i have not give up! i have been spending most of my time in the garden with my new Logun s-16! still One day! they seem to Bolt when i feel the pressure on my second stage! ill get there how is everyone else! P.s just read the post about The BBS (the so called great site) would not bother unless your a "local" or you drink down the pub with them! i logged in posted a treat about "beginer here" introduced my self and all i got was just use loads of pellets at paper targets i replied i can hit groups 35 meters away all with inside a 2p sitting. and all i got was blah blah blah your new shut up etc......... and it got taken off when i tried to defend myself in a polte way! and people are wrigting in mags theres not enough young shooters...................................... hi mag man! no sorry i have not been on here in ages busy busy! not yet no getting closer and closer day by day! i found the problem is that i cant controll my breething when slipping the trigger and my excitement makes my heart pump! misssed many birds now missed around 20 pigeons and yesterday i missed a magpie! shame! its strange how i can hit targets with my new logun s16 40 meters away all in the space of a inch! standing but can hit no birds YET! gerrr

lol your all nutters! nah i did not go in the end you should of seen the rain and no matter how much weatproof stuff i wear i was never gunner go sit in that for hours! plus the woman would of got soaked! and no mag man lol dark barns i have my eyes pinned on the surroundings! ha ha! :*) so no i never! when i was out yesterday i almost 99.9% had my first kill but oh no same old same old! it went! at around 40mtrs away there was a pigeon sat in the sitty tree so i ducked behind a barn and did a little stalk, went down on one need cross hairs perfect was not shaking or moving about i squeezed the triger 2 its first stage but for some reason i hesitated! (i was so excited mind) he cottoned on to me the little ****** and flapped! oh the pain..................... im slow aint 1 or did you all take this long befor you got your first bird in the bag??

hello mate! a chap live next door to my fiencee and he has one! its a very strong sturdy gun! have put half a tin of pellets though it! he has his on a bipod and it feels really lovely and balanced to me! i own a hw77k and to me i think there a very good company! well i would say that! ha best thing to do is see if one of your local gun shops has one you could hold or try! my my views is a very nice and strong gun!

B) a big thanks going out to fisherman mike, i just got home to find 2 big fat parcel! i received all of them thanks so much! but you never left me a return address? ill be trying them out on sunday (weather permiting) How is everyone? I just thought i would like to show you some of my kit! NOTE: Would of been a perfect shot from where i was standing i had all my kit in the garden BUT i am a bigger man that that safety safety, i know how much my first kill will mean to me (WHEN it comes ) it was too easy but oh so tempting! By the way i never even aimed my gun at it! one or 2 pictures of my HW77k and My Bsa Meteor both now donning a re finished stock and chromed barrel! all done by moi!! a few pictures of me!!! :*) with my new cammo on and one with my new veil on and hat to show you all what i look like! the sencond picture is the best! and the last 3 pictures is od my new Toy! its a 3 LED light for rat busting (whitch im going tonight) it has 2 white light off 50meters away and some red ones the same! ideal says i for rat busting! dont you think?? anyway ill just add in a quick question! read in this months air gun world about matt and kev use there cat food slop! how do they make this? im guessing its fishy tin of cat food, a tin of tuna and some co-co powder put into a blender for a few secs and a table spoon splated where the rat run is! am i far out??? Oh id love it if i shot a rat tonight!! proper good! im taking the finacee with me tonight for a number of reasons! 1st i hate rats and in a dark barn on my own i'd think id cack myself in the pitch black common a few of you would too) :*) 2nd she aint got all her cammo yet so daytime shooting we both get spotted 3rd she loves it 4th i love it more!! anyway i think i have said enough for all the days i have not been on and again thank you so much fisherman mike!! lol NO WAY am i giving up! no just i been offered a Logun Sweet 16 Mk1 comes with bad, buddy bottle, lamp, case, decent scope, silencer ther lot by pod etc... for £250 yes thats right muhahahahahahahahhahahahaha thats cheapo i know i know the bloke really well a good friend of mine shot the logun very many times befor! i like the gun! i would be daft not to! so i am trying to sell the 77! lovely rifel but a logun at that price cant be missed out on!!! i would like to sell my HW77k but i have no idea of the value its worth its in very good condish just been stripped and lubed etc... has a silencer and a gun bag ... but it needs to be re blued? help anyone thats guys! Cosha Ben

hi guys again! thanks for the replys again guys very helpful!!!! (sorry do i say thak you too much if it annoys everyone ill stop just it takes you guys time and effort for this FREE help)!! i got my binos yesterday, in fact i have not got them out the packet yet! i wanted to begin this new found hobbie of mine the right way! i stress myself "safety first" "safety First" i am forever checking my safety catch, my surroundings and i semi stip my gun once a month for wear and tear, little things like that i often think about! is this good pratice? i just feel alot better that i know everything is order and that no silly little mistakes are made that could cost! just a little word of warning i seen a video clip of a gent getting his fingers cocked in a bear trap style air gun! the thought still makes my tummy turn belive me! i really must must take some pictures for you guys! i mean your all helping me out with this muched welcomed advice and you all dont really know me! thanks guys! do you think lamping is a good idea yet or shall i master my daytime quarry first? i feel i should wait!!?? any suggestions? thanks so so much everyone (god im doing it again im not a geek honest)

Hi every one, Thank you very much for all your replys! i think im just trying way to hard, looking to hard for the kill and not waiting it out! i almost almost had my first kill ever today! as soon as i got to my shoot i seen a woody around 40 ft away sat tall on a old telegraph pole of some sort! he never seen me, the crosshairs were where i wanted them and i hesitated the shoot, he flew off! stilll....... i think im not being quiet and sharp enough! i feel my cammo is now up to good standard, but my field craft (what it all comes down too) is well rubbish! theres 4-5 sittys that they sit in! all of them i stalk (try too anyway), but i read today that they have 270 degree vision without turning there head! and to be honest i would not sit there with someone with something shinny pointing at me...would you! fisherman mike you have make this fourm a very warm and welcome place just like evryone else does! i must just thank everyone for that, know in the past some fourms are useless and full of arrogant fools.......... tomorrow i am going to go out and make a hide for the rabbits and a good hide for the birds! with out my gun!!! i know what will happen when i dont have my gun there will be millions of them all in kicking distance! another factor of my fustration is that living in a town birds come to your feet after scraps! i kind of forget there not so tame in the wild! i enjoy this sport so much i dont want to give it up like that! after my first kill i think it will get better! ok ok my hands are up im a newbee and i am still learning!

Oh Hi Guys n girls im really starting to get fed up! just got back from a whole days shooting and nothing again!! ill list all the kit i am using somone point out what i am doing wrong! right Cammo: advantage Timber cyclone jacket advantage Timber cyclone trousers advantage Timber gloves advantage Timber head net advantage Timber hat Gun: Hw77k silincer wide angle 4 x 40 scope dekks: 12 full body pigeons with sticks 10 x 10 cammo netting 4 poles i dont know whats wrong with me but this is what i do i set up my net/ hide and then put out my deeks in a flat V shape with them facing into the wind at all differnt angles! i am def in a flight path for them i do see a fair few of them! i sat there for 8 hours i just felt like a right t**t :*) what am i doing wrong? i so despirate! somone please help me! also i know i should not really ask but is there anyone in the wiltshire area that could take me out on day on there forays i would not bring me gun just would watch! theres rabbits, crows, pigeons, corvids, rats etc... all with in my shoot but i can never lock on to one!! cheers guys ben

no i havent washed my cammo yet! starting to smell quite abit like my fields heheh!! # lovely! yeah i did do a reccy....actualy all my time with my gun is like recceys! :*) getting to know the paths of the pigeons now i now know what they do in there day! not a great deal mind you! i set up some good hides! still ill get soon!
