My 5 year old lads first time out shooting today. Took him along beating with me and he loved every minute! So well behaved and had the energy of a springer!

Hi Tec Magnum boots (full leather) are excellent. I used a pair while trekking to base camp of Everest. Also used them in all weather conditions here. Well worth the money (around £90)

I use magnums for working on the doors! Brilliant boots!

So, after lots of patience and lots of very sore heels I've decided that I can no longer put up with my Muck Boots any longer! I seem to suffer from a common problem with them where they absolutely destroy your heels regardless of how many pairs of socks or what kind of socks your wearing!

I used to have a pair of Barbour hiking boots which lasted a long time. What would people reccomend as a new comfortable boot?
