Dear all It's time for a variation on my FAC so I am in the market for a .17HMR and fancy a Weihrauch HW66 for bunny stuffing. Anybody else got one or are you all on Savages, Marlins and Rugers? Ammo - has 20g hit the market yet or is it still 17g. Any preferences? Used for ranges out to 120m so I am opting for an Meopta 1-12x50 with an illuminated reticule. Hi Folks I've had one of these - in .22 - for about 2 years now and it's on my FAC. Knocks out about 28 ft/lbs. It goes 'Thuss-Whapp' as fast as you can say it. If you've got one of these, what are you using in it? I've tried Magnum pellets which were very inaccurate and am now on Eley Wasps which are sort of OK. I've got a Simmons scope on top which is OK but not spectacular - Meopta tops my centrefire. Any comments? Rio the Dog
