  4. Thanks for that one Pete the sexy lady in my life was beating today, I am sure you are referring to her and no other beaters. Although I may of seen another lady with pair of 38FFs hidden about her person. I have been beating on a regular basis on a commercial shoot resulting in a large nasty swelling on my right elbow joint. This is about the size of half a boiled egg and filled with fluid. (over enthusiastic flag waving and not any other activity related to my right arm) Thanks for your advice gents, any more snippets of information welcome.
  5. Any one had any experience with Beaters/Beat elbow? I have been beating on a regular basis on a commercial shoot resulting in a large nasty swelling on my right elbow joint. This is about the size of half a boiled egg and filled with fluid. (over enthusiastic flag waving and not any other activity related to my right arm) I have a friend who is a retired doctor and although she has heard of it mine is the first she's seen. I visited my own doctor yesterday and again this is the first time she has seen it. Only advice for treatment is to rest the arm. Which I will do at the end of the season. Not very painful at the moment, unless I knock my elbow. If you have had this or know someone else who has, please let me know what sort of support strap they used. The type used for tennis or golfers elbow are normally fitted above or below the joint. This is directly on the joint. Thank you

  11. Here's hoping. I am putting a shed in the garden minimum size is 36 feet x 12 feet and need the following. MDPE Pipe, type does not really matter water/gas/blue/yellow/black. Provided I can fit a 10mm armoured cable through it. I need about 100 metres and it would be nice to be in one length but not essential. MDPE PIPE NO LONGER REQUIRED Armoured cable 10mm 3 core, about 50 metres. Here is the catch, like most people at the moment cash is a bit scarce, I know the cable is costly, but would like it to be cheap as chips or possibly fish and chips. Please let me know what you have by Personal message. I WOULD prefer it to be within about 20 miles of Nottingham. Tall order, but if you do not ask!!! Thank you to all for the comments etc. I have had an electrician view the job and he advised 10mm cable having seen the machinery I will be using. The machinery is currently in the garage and some cannot be used due to an insufficient cable/power supply having been installed by the previous owner. Had the cable been installed in a pipe of any colour it would of been a simple job to pull it out and upgrade with heavier duty cable. Alas it was not so would require a 20 metre section of drive digging up. This will also allow for any further additions. I am also having the consumer unit in my house upgraded and replaced. I appreciate the advice regards MDPE water pipe etc. However I will place a warning electricity tape over this. Ps Does anyone have any please?
