  1. I had him when he was 10 weeks old, I havent pushed him in anyway, and when I introduced him to new things it would only be for a few minutes on the garden, I bought the book `Gundogs, their learning chain ` by Joe Irving and followed that, When I take him out I let him scamper about but he never goes too far away and always comes running back
  2. Hi all, can someone give me abit of advise with a 8 month old cocker spaniel. I haven`t pushed him with any training yet, just the basics, sit and stay, he was coming back to me on 2 pips of the whistle but now he doesn`t come straight back and when he does, he stops about 6 yards in front of me. As I move towards him he runs off, Im hopeing its just a puppy stage Any advice would be greatly appreciated Thanks scooterboy

    Strikes

I was also a member of a the CWU but alot of my colleges werent, they didn`t agree with striking for better pay and working conditions but they never moaned when they got an extra day holiday and they all accepted each pay rise that the CWU fought for each year

But will they do the job as well, I worked with a firm who employed supposedly quaified electricials (polish), they each had a leather school bag with one lump hammer, a chisel, a few screw drivers and a pair of pliers. They were very good at chasing in but had no idea how to wire a house All these eastern europeans and others are doing are lowering our standard of work (and living standards), they are making britain a third world country By the way, after a few months, the poles were no more, they cost the firm alot of money to put things right

    Strikes

What makes me laugh is when Mr Camer moron is telling us all that we are all in this together, but I havent been on 5 holidays this year or have I been on a 3 million pound yacht Look what happened in the 80`s, thatcher and the tories broke the biggest union (NUM), then closed them all. It has taken just over 20 years to loose all our big industries and what are we left with, minimuim wage, casual and temporary work I dont blame anyone for striking, they have worked and saved for their pensions so who can blame them The goverment is very good at getting the joe public against any strikes, but just think how many hospitals, doctors and dentists surgerys have closed, leisure centres, swimming pools etc By the way, Im not an ex miner, just a self employed sparky power to the people
  8. Sorry been in and out of the country. Is your CZ still for sale?

  9. Alot of the indie groups from the early 90`s had scooters, ocean colour scence, blur bloke, oasis bros, even the god father mr weller, but they all grew up, we didnt lol all we wanted to do was cut the scooters down, get the biggest barrel and carb on them, the fattest exhaust and see who could get to the rallie first without breaking down. It cost us thousands on new pistons and kits lol
  10. When you look at some of these born agains wearing parkers, pork pie hats and bracers, your not far wrong lol
