Just a thought. If there's a big issue with heat transfer, would it be better to use one of the new induction coil heaters like they use on seized nuts? They seem to be a lot faster and more accurate than a torch

As far as I can tell it's an original bolt handle. Looking at the stock, I would like it to be bent down slightly to fit in to the Recess in the stock. This should give it enough clearance from the scope

I've had a play with the mounts and still can't get things right

Of I had the balls to do it I would put a torch on it for a few minutes and bend it back but I don't want to screw it up 😂😂

Afternoon all. I've got a parker hale 1200 deluxe in .243 and the bolt handle sweeps up at quite an angle. It comes really tight to the scope when fully open and I would like to have it straightened out a bit to give more clearance. Can anyone recommend a gunsmith to do this in the hants area Many thanks fb

Not overly fussed about barrel length or stock type, std or thumbhole. I've got a std beech one or an abs one with pistol grip going spare. I was going to list it in the sales section to be honest but haven't got round to it yet. I've got the two stocks, a complete trigger assembly modded bolt release and a few mags if their of interest

Evening all, it's come time to part with one of my watches. It's a vintage Seiko chronograph 6138 80-20 sometimes called the Seiko panda. Great condition for it's age and had had the crystal replaced at some point. It's been sat in a drawer for the last 20 odd years so is a complete sleeper. Has original strap that could probably do with tightening up a little. I have had a look around on line and am going to ask £1000 or near offer. One just sold on eBay for over £600 in poor condition and no strap. I can send photos via WhatsApp and would prefer collection in person from Fareham hants or could possibly meet part way

That's what I thought when my better half collected the paperwork and said there was a discrepancy on it. After speaking with the chap at BASC I have no worries. I can't recommend their advice and support highly enough👍

Afternoon all. I finally received a txt message today from our local GP to tell me that my medical form is now ready to collect for my fac renewal. My wife's just collected it and says there is a "yes" tick on one of the questions. On the rear of the form it stated that I was treated for hyperactivity and disruptive behaviour between 1985 and 1990. Haha I was only born in 1980 and during the time mentioned it actually turned out that I had an allergy to E numbers. This was 32 years ago and I barely even remember it. Is this going to bite me in the *** now with the current state of affairs
