I agree , you can move it after it's been inspected for the first time, everytime you move it you do not have to inform them (what's to say you have not bolted it correctly after moving itBecause they invent their own policies!
The various bits of Firearms legislation are the same for all the country!

) I think the 1st inspection is just to make sure it corresponds to BS,I think they make it up as they go along I rang syfd as I installed another cabinet last yr downstairs to cut down on noise at daft o'clock
And they told me this process, no doubt every force is different, as is usually the case in debates like this,

I think your reading too much into it.
Chokes don't make you miss it's the bloke holding the gun , they just restrict or unrestrict spread of the shot we all no this.
Check to see if your barrels are bent (didn't think so) pattern test it with the chokes and carts your going to use , then learn to be a good shot.

it's a hr from my home in Barnsley a run down the stocksbridge bypass and over the tops should see you do the same maybe 80 mins met a lot of good lads from over there and had some good days.Thanks for the advice, Lancashire might be a bit far as i drive an old defender. Diesel money plus the price of a days shooting would soon stack up. I will keep it in mind though!

+ 1 there customer service is second to none.Another vote for OVO , had a few problems getting started because the meerkats sent them the wrong e mail address. Always spoken to very polite helpful English people saving about £30 a month over my previous supplier Scottish power.

They put mine from £125 to £189 then gave me £120 refund
Needless to say I moved to OVO energy the best days work I have ever done.
I am currently paying £125.00 per month in the last 4 months I have had a £180 and a £100 rebate and I am still in credit, they also pay you a flat rate of 3% of interest on your money they hold.
Your in control you set you payments obviously there is a minimum for different times of year.
The last 3 months bills for gas and electric with standing charges etc are -
May £63
June £58
July £52
I send readings in by reading myself and using there very friendly website every month ( if you don't want this they will estimate )
But I don't mind reading my meters every month.
They will change everything over for you the only thing you have to do is give them your current readings when you phone.
Can't fault them (own opinion anyway).

Bought last September for my son but not used since Christmas due to him having a iPhone 4s bought.
No cracks but very odd light scratches to the back there will be a case sent if I find it.
£65.00 rmsd.

You can move your inspected cabinet as many times as you want around your home without it been inspected.Hi Iv run out of room in my current gun cabinet so can't buy any more guns unless I let one go or get a bigger cabinet , I was just wondering if I get a bigger cabinet can I put my guns straight into it or dose the FAO have to come around first ? Then I would have to leave my guns with a RFD until the new cabinet was cheacked ?

But if you buy a new cabinet it has to be inspected after installation before it is used.
(South yorks rules anyway).
