i myself know it can be done i practice at 45 yards as its too easy to hit a small target at30-35 yards with .22 pcp rifle its easier so well done if your doin it with a spring rifle.

never shoot any comps yet but love shooting at doveridge there is loads of shoots in the derby area but non e that i think is as good as doveridge B)

did exactly the same thing when i bought my first shotgun bought a berretta silver pigeon and put in the snap caps click would only fire 1 have to move switch over to fire other lol i felt a right idiot when i phoned my local gun shop about it

bought bsa hornet brand new cost £315 parker hale silencer £40 ags 3-9x50 scopes and mounts£100 leather sling was of my old gun i had 300 bar chargeing bottle and pipes £140 fleece bag £20 worth every penny great combination

hi all first post if going for the a bsa go for the hornet around same price but will give you 100 full power shots easy i shoot 1 best gun ive ever used only downside is the gun holds 232 bar so will need 300 bar bottle to get full charge and sometimes the diver centre cant charge it that high but very accurate and consistant shot time and time again.

OH MY GOD £34 FOR 100 I SHOOT AT DOVE RIDGE PROBLY ONCE A MONTH AND NEVER PAID THAT MUCH FOR CLAYS WAS YOU IN A COMP CAUSE I KNOW THEY PUT THE CLAYS UPTO 23 P EACH FROM 19P EACH BUT THAT STILL ONLY MAKES "£23 for a houndred but if you pay £45 membership you get then for 19p still
ive been down there on a practice day and had 250clays to myself and its cost me around £60 for the clays
and about 29 for my cartridges eley first they havent put the price up again have they
