-
ive got a 686 s sporting, love it, so well made and solid, just feels really solid, smooth and well built, and its about 10 years old, feels better than my mates brand new lincoln
-
my hatsans really good with regards to jamming, only ever had 1 or 2 and that was with express pigeons (1st or 2nd shot of the day, then its fine after that), but they are only 2 1/2" long, the guns handbook states they need 2 3/4" or 3" shells, in them its never jammed, even down to 28gs
-
i had one missfire once, smouldering round the detinator but never set off properly, could of been iffy or maybe damp in the clay grounds ammo shed

mines been a real good gun, had to change the trigger spring because that had always been weak from new and had the odd missifre, but now its perfect always cycles and never jams very light and the price is very good, mines for sale as ive got a 686, because i do more clay shooting than pigeon at the moment
-
i had a eley first missfire at the clay ground a few months ago, hit hard ect, waited 15 secs, ejected it and its was smoking/smouldering round the detanator but hadnt gone off, the rest of the box where ok so dout it was damp ect
-
well done, wish it would stop raining so I could get out and do some shooting
-
their good guns, mine cycles any size carts fine, did have a bit of trouble with my hammer spring, hadnt worn out, just iffy from new, now thats been changed its perfect, no missfires and cycles perfectly, i know people say the berettas are better, but at this sort of price range, you could be buying a worn out gun, atleast the escorts got a 3 year warranty, parts and labour

its defo 3 years, mine had trouble with it missfireing, but it had an iffy trigger spring from new I think, since they changed that under warranty its been perfect, any size carts, any length, cycles perfect, never jams and fires quick as you can pull the trigger, cant beat them for the money, 3 year warranty and 5 chokes.

mine did play up to start with, its trigger spring was not long enough, and I was getting the odd missifre, edgars sorted that for me, quickly aswell, and since then its been perfect, not had one bit of bother with it, and I dont mind taking it out in the landy or round the farms ect being cheap and robust, where as id be scared to use my beretta for rough shooting.
