  1. Hello, Is it a game model and how heavy is it? Would you be prepared to RFD. Thanks,
  2. Are you selling the originals? Do you mean they are advertised on guntrader? Anthony
  3. I've damaged the barrels on my old Beretta Whitewing. Ireparably I've been told. I've also been told that beretta barrels fit universably, any other Beretta. Is this the case? If so has anyone got a pair of 28" O/U barrels (as light as possible) that they want to sell? Thanks, Anthony

  9. Please can you tell me what chamber size. Thanks
  10. Bore da y chi, The gun you gave me your advice on is a whitewing 12b. I bought it as a rough shooting gun as it's lightweight. It also had the bonus of being 3" chambered. It is flat shooting, not much drop. This fits me fine. I, like you did my research before buying (from a chap on this site - good to deal with). I think it is the forerunner of the beretta onyx. Anyway, I love it. Great to walk around with being so light. Balance is great. Even 3" shells are no problem at all. I often use it in preference to my lovely browning 325 grade 5 sporter on driven pheasant days. It's now around 20 years old, rather plain looking, but as I've said lovely to use. I'll be getting mine fixed! Hope this helps, Hwyl. ps. there is no rib between the barrels.
  11. Diolch yn fawr wesh warrior.
  12. Thanks for help. It's not the rib coming away though, its the weld/solder holding the barrels together!
  13. Hello All, Can anyone give me some advice. I've got a Berreta o/u approx 20 years old. the barrels are only joined at the breech? and the muzzle. Yesterday I fell and banged the barrels on a moss covered rock (gun empty). On examination for damage I noticed that there was a little break in the weld/solder at the muzzle join. No dents, or damage to barrels, chokes unscrew fine, I only fired 4 shots after that. When I got home I noticed the failure in the weld had got worse in length. Obviously I don't want to use it until it has been professionally looked at. Has anyone had similar problems in the past. Will I end up having to send it back to Berreta. Will it need re-proofing. It's worth about £400-£500. I certainly don't want to sell it to anyone not knowing about this damage.
  14. What size chamber is it? If 3.5" could it be restricted to 3 shot? Thanks
  15. Thanks all. I'm looking at just a cheap pair of flexothane trousers in my local farm supplies (owner found them lying on the floor). He's giving them to me for £10.
  16. I'm looking for some cheap waterproof trousers that I can hose down after wildfowling etc. Does anyone have any suggestions, retailers etc.? I've seen an add for Deerhunter 'Greenville' waterproof trousers but haven't seen them in the flesh - any feedback on these? Help appreciated
  17. Please could you send me some photos. Is there any rust - asking as you have used it fowling. How old is it. Sorry for being a pain.
  18. Hello Stu, Sorry about delay. Been away. Does your sight come with the 5 different insert options? If not which one have you got.
  19. Thanks for the help. For what I need, magpies at around 30yds, maybe just the foresight would do. Hello Kent did you have any luck finding the one mentioned. Anthony
  20. Brilliant thanks. Any thoughts on telescopic sights?
  21. Has anyone got a spare foresight for a Weirauch HW 35 that they would like to sell. I've just been given the gun by a lovely kind old gent. It has an old sort of scope on it, any recomendations for a replacement? Do I need the front sight with a scope? I'm just going to use it to sort out magpies eating my chickens food! Costing me a fortune! Thanks.
