So it seems 12 with light loads or 20 is fine as long as the fit is O.K. We'll see what comes up first and how the wallet is feeling. Thanks.

Maybe I should have changed the title of this thread to "If you are going to get your back waxed, would it be better to keep your mouth shut in front of your **** taking colleagues"?
-
For those so against it, I suppose you like your women with bushes big enough to build a two man hide
Fair's fair guys, you can't have it both ways.
I know I'll get it big time now
LOL!
2 man hide. Ha ha!
No, but that's the point surely, it's because women wax that makes it so funny when men do it, Mr Shiny Back.

Please settle an argument we are having at work.
One of my colleagues, age 52, (no girlfriend) is considering having his back waxed.
Would you consider him therefore to be:
1: Modern man
or
2: Gay as ****.
The opinion in the office is leaning heavily to one of these, but I can't say which.

I use a Remington 1100, heavy but reliable. Can pick them up s/h in your budget no problem.

Well for the first time my barometer in the hall has actually moved clockwise (better weather). I tapped it last night and it moved from "change" to "fair". This morning I tapped it again and although it is still on "fair", it moved a millimetre towards "dry".
Maybe we will get a couple weeks of summer.
Fingers crossed eh?

Mrs Walshie loves to shoot, but we haven't been able to find a gun that suits her.
She has tried mine and my son's 12g's but she says they are too heavy and kick too much. She has tried 20g's which are a better weight for her, but she says they kick even more (due to the lack of weight I guess).
She really would like an O/U but don't know where to start.
I would imagine a 20g with 21g or 24g carts might fit the bill or should we go down the 28 gauge route?
Any suggestions much appreciated.
Oops! She told me to add that she isn't feeble, just small. Well SHE said petite, (I call it short).

Yeah, and it was Honda who said they didn't want 2 spaniards riding for them!

Maybe we had the 40 days of rain FIRST, so that will cancel it out if it rains today?

Who was that fat bloke in the ring with Haye?

Sorry Dekers, should have explained properly. Yes. Our first FACs, but we have had SGCs for a while now.
All for club/target at the moment.
F.E.O said once we get a permission (which will hopefully be in the next week) he will change the rimfires for vermin and expanding ammo.
Next step after that is change the .223 for fox. I expect that will be a while yet though.
Don't suppose we will get to use the .308s for field, but we'll see.

Yeah, You're right guys. It's not like I'll be buying one every week (so Mrs Walshie tells me anyway), so the extra is probably worth it.
It's thinknig about follow up shots that has convinced me.
Thanks for all your input.

Are there many badgers round here? I have never seen one. I saw a load in Wales a couple of weeks ago.
