Went for a look around my permission not seen 1 pigeon for ages but today seen about 400 so going to have ago tomorrow fingers crossed

I've had hares of people that shoot them with FAC rifles and they make a mess of the meat well what's left lol

Yes they are all cleaned and put in freezer for Sunday dinners I was surprised myself with shooting hares with a airgun they where all shot in the head stone dead. I couldn't believe how many hares I seen I must of seen 30 odd hares last night we covered quite a lot of ground because my friend is a gamekeeper and he took me around and made sure I was in killing range.i mainly shoot shotgun this is my second air rifle the one before was a break barrel all I can say is the HW100 is something else

Went out with it last night lamping for the first time and shot 8 hares and 2 rabbits love it

Yes it's in very good condition. Took it out the other day very nice gun to use and got some very good groupings. Thanks for your feedback guys i shall be buying it tomorrow

Mett new shot88 on here asking for someone to take him pigeon shooting for the first time so I took him on Sunday didn't have much time to do any looking around over the week as I've been busy at work. So we set up on rape stubble field not much about but he managed to shoot a few and some good shots .we ended up with 18 pigeons and 1 crow. Also shown him how to breast them out aswell. So he went home a happy chappy made me feel good to that I've passed some good tips on to a future pigeon shooter

I had same problem near to my house someone was shooting on the fields opposite my house I've not got permission on as the farmer charges people to shoot pigeons.but went over when he packed up with my dog and picked 27 pricked pigeons up but the only problem is you get a lot of dog walkers on the bridle path if Some one seen all of these injured birds hopping about doesn't make are sport look good. Bonus was put the pigeons in chest freezer for game dealer happy days

I had trouble with flies today I just plucked the feathers of the breast area of every 1 then when I got home breasted them now there soaking in salt water in the fridge just need to buy a mincer to make some pigeon burgers

Got a farmland that is over run with muntjacs and the farmer as said is land is cleared for a firearms but he said no 1 as been shooting there for years could any1 give me any advice on what caliber gun I would need to dispatch them many thanks

What a productive day it was 43 pigeons should of been 80 plus. but getting used to my new gun then I packed up I seen a note on my windscreen from a different farmers details so I phoned him and got myself even more land happy days what a start to the seasone
