Thanks for the help again. The top lever was catching on the stock slightly so I have sanded it down slightly job done all is well in the world again.

Thanks for the advice im really confused I have had the stock off and everything looks alright and weirdly it works just fine with the stock off but once you put the stock back on and open it then close it again the top lever sticks. It's starting to wind me up.

As the title says my cynergy top lever sticks open occasionally when I come to close the gun to make another shot. I have had it to a gun smith but it's still doing it occasionally. I'm going to take it back as its not safe to use but was wondering if anyone has any ideas of what's wrong with it or how to fix it thanks.
