  1. iv just done the test and it seems im centre , now i think about it i always close one eye but then im used to rifle an scope , im a lefty
  2. My gun is a fixed choke and was told when i brought it s/h that it was 1/4 3/4 , after cleaning it today iv noticed on the barrels it has IMP MOD# an FULL## so is there a way i can check for sure what i have

  4. sidewinder tac is very good scope but mega heavy , i like the panarama better a/o adjustable model but the ret i have is map6a an very fine hard to see in low light levels the ir ret is ok but im not big fan of ir so mainly i use a bushnell thropy milldot cracking good glass for the money and very lite
  5. Keen to join in on the clay shooting im looking for a good clay ground in or near cambridge how do these clubs work , do you turn up and go around at your own leasure? im newbie so please bare with me cheers
  6. How much would i expect to pay a smith to strip an service my shotgun , is it not advisable to have a go myself? stripped a few pop guns Would it be ok to put a tiny drop of Beretta gun oil on the tips of the firing pins to help if ones sticking? cheers

    it really depends on your scope height , pellet weight etc, with a 8.4g pellet mine will be half milldot at 45y one milldot 50ish yards nothing beats getting out and putting it to paper at different ranges an make a note of your hold overs/unders Also try downloading chairgun an have a play with that , Atb
  9. ahh thanks for that iv just tryed it and it worked , it has failed on me before when out shooting thou also should the gun be stored with the snap caps in fired ? thanks again

Iv rescently picked up a 2nd hand shottie it has a small problem of only firing one barrel its a o/u single trigger , both barrels will fire if selected from the safety switch one at a time if you get what i mean with snap caps fitted it will only fire the one barrel, when out shooting its intermittant its like the trigger locks back and is not returning for the 2nd barrel cheers
