I think a new Brattonsound 9 gun cabinet is around £200. Looks like it is in good condition..maybe £100-£120? (does it have both sets of keys?) Make sure you are close enough to pick it up as it will cost a lot to courier it.

I think dougall has it right. Be discreet and carry your licence. Technically you don't have to do either but it is going to save you a whole lot of hassle.

I use Howard Leight Impact Sport which I find comfy and relatively slim line. I bought mine in a twin pack from the US on Fleabay for about £85 posted so maybe you can split the pack with a mate.

John Norris have the Musto Westmore half price at £97.50. I don't have that coat but have other Musto gear and it looks like a bargain to me.

I am a novice shooter but have handled one at the shooting school I use in Essex. Lovely looking thing but didn't get to shoot it.
