I agree with you decker's about using the hmr more it is my go to riffle ever time.and the 22 is definitely better as a subsonic tool no way as near as accurate with the singers fun trying them out tho😊

Well I tried the cci stinger out my first impressions are thay are a good round but my god thay are loud.more so than my hmr think that might be down to the mod tho. Im out with the nv tomorrow night see what the stopping power of them are like 😃

Hi do any of you know if it ok to shoot high velocity 22lr bullets Through a sak moderator. I was told you couldn't and have to take your mod off to shoot Any suggestions be appropriate Thanks

Nice one walker570 that's exactly what be happening to me .there were a few that did have a mark on them.not had the 17 long so it all new to me.loads different to shooting the .22lr

Hi don't know if this has been done before.I was out last night with the 17 Hmr and out of the 13 rabbits shot 6 of them the bullet did not expanded just passed right through. I am using 17g v max has anyone else experiences this? Thanks

Cheers trouble is that thay are shot with a hmr and not all are head shot .so thay wouldn't be good for the butchers window if you know what I mean.

Keep absolutely still when birds approach move your eye not your head .were I was shooting I hadn't shot crows there before but thay was on the field when I got there so I had a go . Tried my magnet thay didn't like it so put it away and just peged the dead and thay were coming in 2 and 4

Right place right time I think. what I have learned is when you get a few down and peg them space them out a good distance apart after doing that thay were dropping in like gooduns

Had a wicked day crow shooting today. thay decoyed like pigeons the field had just been set 34 in the end hope it's the start of things to come
