    Co2 Bottle

I'm interested is it full, where are you?
  2. I bought my Winchester from Kexby fieldsports he took the time to find a gun that fitted me correctly and gave me a good price for the Franchi I traded in.
  3. I've just paid £900 for one of these wish this had come up last week good luck with the sale
  4. I had my interview 3 weeks after submitting the application and was told I would get the SGC in a few days, it took another 13 weeks and got it after ringing them up to gee them up a bit thats with Humberside police.
  5. I already have quite severe industrial deafness so I will not shoot without ear protection and I wear fitted earplugs anyway so they don't come into contact with the butt of my gun so I don't think I will be flinching. The new sight does seem to help me as I now don't have to close my left eye, I have some prescription shooting glasses being made up now so when they come I can put some thing on the left lens to help but I don't want to do this with my ordinary glasses as I have to use them to drive home. The pattern plate at Pinewood is quite large and has 3 buttons to shoot at so I don't have to walk to look at it between shots as I take three shots and shoot them gun down mount then fire for each one.
  6. yes I was alone about 30ft away I had 1/4 and 1/2 chokes in shooting gun down only used Hull compX 21g and always wear fitted earplugs.
  7. I'm not sure I don't think so as Alan was watching me the other day and telling me to put more lead on so I think he would have said if my gun mount or stance was wrong somehow he's a great guy and always seems to want to help, he said I need to go there every day and shoot at least 100 cartridges and although it was said tongue in cheek maybe it's true to some extent perhaps its just a more practice I need.
  8. It's only a little to the left, I am left eye dominant and have been closing my left eye and have fitted a fibre optic sight which seems to help. I'm not sure if the gun is the problem or me I have recently bought this gun a Franchi Harrier but I have tried my friends Lamber which I first used and I got on well with and still not shooting as well as the first first few goes perhaps it was beginners luck
  9. I am new to this shooting lark and and seemed to be doing quite well at first shooting clays, I have had a lesson with Alan at Pinewood who told me I just need to get some practice in now then get another lesson in a few months. I was at Pine wood the other day and decided to try out the patterning plate he has set up and it seems that I am shooting slightly to the left most of the time but bang on hight wise, so what would cause me to the left.
  10. There was a con artist from s****horpe where I live selling pictures of expensive goods like iphones on ebay and they couldn't touch him until he slipped up one day and forgot to send the picture then trading standards were down on him and took him to court as they had been watching him and waiting.
  11. Took 13 weeks for mine with Humberside police, 3 weeks for interview and was told I would have my certificate in a few days but had to wait another 10 weeks.
  12. Hi everyone I'm new to shooting and this forum and wondered what the general opinion is on displaying shooting related stickers in your car, does this invite trouble IE people breaking into your car looking for guns or vandalism from anti gun lobby I ask as I received a car sticker with my BASC membership pack.
