When I was 17 I had an early morning start (4am) I used to walk to work and at least twice a week woul be stopped by the Police and asked what I was doing, where I was going etc. It never bothered me at all. I was a young bloke walking through a rough area at 3.30 in the morning. I fitted the profile of a wrong doer. The difference is I had nothing to hide and had done nothing wrong hence I was happy the police were keeping my area safe. The ones moaning are the ones doing the crimes.

Nitro mors, leave for an hour wipe off most of it. 0000 wire wool rub and rub.
Repeat until the finish has gone. The stock I'm working on now took 4 cycles.
And yes the nitro mors now is rubbish to what it used to be.

I bought a Kofs 28g 30 inch on a whim not expecting much. I was wrong. So light and quick. Bought some clay cartridges and never looked back. I shoot more consistent with the 28g and certainly hit more targets (probably fits better than my 12g Guerini) no regrets buying it at all. It's a brilliant gauge and a brilliant little gun. I paid £479 new.

Buy yourself a rotary polisher and pads spend 8 hrs doing a 3 stage polish. Then a nice layer of Mitchell & King carnauba wax (£200 a pot from their budget range) throw in a inside clean perhaps another 3 hrs using pure bristle brushes job done and you still have 6 days left in the week to enjoy yourself 😂😂

I am 100% in favour of equal pay doing the same job. But I fail to see how warehouse work is the same as shop work. My CEO earns more than me yet we work for the same company and both manage staff and make decisions so could I take the company to court?
I shall let you know what my pair of Boss shotguns are like once I get my back pay.

I feel sorry for the Police. If they did take a tough line somebody who was an innocent bystander minding their own business in the middle of a riot would turn up on Lorraine crying saying how the police took their collection of legally held bricks off them and was mean. Next thing the whole left wing press and political machine would have the coppers strung up. Until we have politicians that believe in law and order not good press I'm afraid this behaviour will only get worse. It's not that most people think this left wing pandering is right. It's that the left wing are louder and have the media on their side.

When I bought my first shotgun I fell in love with an unknown brand at the time. A couple of gun shops tried to put me off saying its a cheap knock off, the quality isn't up to scratch, the barrels will explode but I ignored them and bought the Caesur Guerini Maxum anyway. What a difference a few years makes.
