l would have thought that would be south lincs wildfowers business and not anyone else's. I am a member of south lincs wildfowers , and i have to say it's a great club to be in . I've had lots of help from washwildfowler . He has has helped me get my first geese this season also Ducks and that's in my first season . This next season I'm going to rejoing south lincs . Then Gedney drove end also . So that will give me from the river neane round to Wainfleet marsh . You can claim one of your BASC subs back to make it even cheaper, I've not got alot of experience but wanted to have a say what bit i do is down to ww and phil.

I've just seen that Alan Jarrett has been elected BASC.chairman ..is this good for WILDFOWLING.. And WILDFOWLING CLUBS..

Well I have just got home from this shoot ... as a novice shooter ,I like many other people thought it was very difficult to shoot with a couple of stands near on impossible to connect with. Who ever set it up must have a very good imagination .. you would think with it being for such a good cause they would have made it a bit easier so the shooters would keep going round ... Another thing alot of people where complaining about was that you had to walk so far to the flush to find out you had to pay at the ssporting entry .. I have to say it was very disappointing and off putting .. there is alot more thought needs to be put in for next time ...

Thanks for your advice guys .. I was made aware of the reserve by the 2 guys who I spoke to .. I think one of them said he was the vice chairman of the club. Mat do you shoot frampton marsh.

Hi all, ive just moved back to Lincolnshire after being away for a few years .I got my SGC about 2 years ago and just been doing some clay pigeon shooting and pigeon shooting ...but since I've been back .myself and the wife have been walking the dogs down Frampton marsh where the RSPB reserve is .so I'm wanting to try wildfowling.. I met a wildfowler down there last week and tried to talk to him but I could tell he didn't want to help so I left it at that ..I then met 2 wildfowlers Tuesday night on there way out who were very helpful and forth coming with some knowledge of how to go about joining the local wildfowling club .. I sat on the bench which is on the bank and watched them walk out onto the marsh . They seemed to know there way about out there , as they went a good distance out from the bank . I now know what club it is and who to contact to join..what I wanted to know was what it's like out on frampton marsh ..is there any dangers .. what kind of equipment I would need .. Any help would be much appreciated. . Thanks in advance. .
