Think on the basis, and I will stand to be corrected if I'm wrong, the form he completed 3 years ago is the same as now and therefore if was accepted for a SGC it should be ok for a FAC as there is no differential between what is asked for a FAC or SGC so think I would be looking for an explanation as that does not align with my understanding of guidelines, he is either medically fit for either or neither
