  1. As new Hasan Escort PS 28” semi auto 12g shotgun. Comes with everything from new including shims, chokes, manual, original box etc. Purchased from the Countryman Derby on the 25th July of this year (2022). Only used once and not even had a full box of cartridges through it. Semi autos aren’t really for me and prefer my o/u. Although it’s as new I appreciate its now second hand and as such I’m looking for £250 just for the gun or £275 with bag and breach flag. As it’s just like new I’m not looking for any offers. Original paperwork can be seen. I assume the 3 year warranty will stay with the gun although not 100% sure how that works. Photos can be seen if wanted although it’s just like it was the day it came out of the box

  2. All 12 gauge - 290 cartridges total

    20 - mixture of Hull comp-x and Eley first, all plastic 7 1/2 28g

    20 - Hull super fast 27g 7 1/2

    100 (4 boxes) - Hull comp-x 7 1/2 28g plastic

    75 (3 boxes) - Hull super fast 7 1/2 27g

    75 (3 boxes) - Eley Pigeon Fibre 6 1/2 32g

Will need to see shotgun cert

Live in Nottingham 10 mins from junction 26/27 of M1 and work near Worksop (10 mins from junction 31 of M1)

£60 - would rather sell altogether rather than splitting

  3. Just as many crows as pigeons. Open fields as in huge muddy fields with pig sheds very well spread out. If I didn’t have partner and kids in car I’d have stopped. Just surprised to see the pigeons as nothing but mud around

  4. Not sure if this is the right place but i may be wanting to swap 200 No 12g 28gram 7 1/2 plastic wad for the same in fibre. Mixture of Gamebore velocity and comp X. I am looking at attending a new shoot but they only allow fibre. Thought this may be worth a shot (so to speak). No loss either way as I’ll just purchase another slab of fibre carts. Live in Nottingham and work near Worksop so either location would be good

  5. Thanks for everyone’s advice, I am on the east side of Nottingham. Will mostly be using it for lamping at night (rabbits/rats) but obviously need to practice on the range through the day first though. Now Christmas is out the way I can get my head back in to it. Will hold fire with the new scope for now then until I get some more practice. Will have a good play around with it. I work near Rotherham and it’s a shame the South Yorkshire shooting club has shut down as they had a 30m indoor range

  6. Hi yes When I look at a 30 yd target on 9x the image and the cross hairs both clear BUT the target is very small so would appear to be clear. When adjusting the eye piece though you can make the image bigger and in turn even more clear as you can see more detail but  the cross hairs then become blurred

  7. Thank you, yes head alignment is ok as mentioned the last group was 5p size at 30m although it’s almost shooting blind. I want to be able to see exactly where it’s hitting and then be able to zoom in on that particular hole (ideally). I may just be expecting too much

  8. Ok brilliant. It was a black target I was shooting at. Ref eye test I only had one a few weeks since so i can rule that one out. I was expecting to be able to zoom in on the holes that were been made so, very much like the spotting scope idea. Maybe I was expecting too much from the scope on the gun

  9. Hi I have a used BSA Ultra SE 177, BSA essential 3-9x40 scope using airarms field pellets. I notice I am getting some inconsistent groups at 30m. Last group shot was 10 pellets in a 5p size group (was happy with that) but this was hard going seeing exactly where I was aiming/hitting. Wasnt until I collected the target afterwards that I realised this was a tight group. The groups before this were all over the place though. Doesn’t help that I have a terrible job seeing exactly where I am hitting even with magnification on scope turned up to 9. Was thinking of getting the Hawke fast mount 4-16x50 in the hope this would help me see the pellet impact at 30m. Tried shooting at 40m with current scope but didn't got a clue where the pellet was hitting as I just couldn’t see the impact let alone trying to focus on something at that distance. Any advice would be welcomed

  10. I bought the T50 which is very powerful but also extremely heavy. I also obtained a similar unbranded one off a friend which is just as powerful but a lot lighter. Ones red and ones green though so it must look like I’m having a disco when I’m out. The light one is gun mounted and the other a have in my hand when the guns over my shoulder
