Indeed they are feral on my grandads farm and there in there thousands !!! What is the prepouse of the lenses does it help define things in the dark, Does it no startle animals as much or maybe it gives off less glare ?

What torch are you guys using? Ive heard a lot about cree and a cheap T20 that's supposed to be good are there any others about that your would recommend. do any of you use the coloured lenses ? I've heard the green lenses don't disturb pigeons half as much as a clear lenses. Cheers kieren

Okay cheers buddy, If anyone can help me with regards to a list of what il need for the convertion it would be very helpful, With out going off topic to much and making this a forsale/swap thread as said above if anyone would be intrested in a deal/swap I'm after a BSA .22 (Scorpion/Ultra/R10 or similar)

So far I can think of... .22 Barrel, .22 Loading probe, Maybe the breech block? Maybe the .22 Transfur port of there different from the .177 anyone got anything else to add, and do you know if they share any of the parts I need with the Ultra or the R10 as they all look very similar.

Quick intro back in June when I joined the forum I sold my BSA Scorpion T10 .22 and ever since I've regretted it and then last month a BSA Scorpion T10 .177 popped up at a good price so I went ahead and brought it, While its a nice gun it doesn't quite pack the same punch as my .22 did. So I am hoping I can convert it from .177 (4.5mm) to .22 (5.5mm) I am just looking for a list of what I will need to get to convert it, where to get the parts and a rough ball park figure that the parts will set me back. Hello I'm Kieren age 21 from a small village in Hertfordshire, Been shooting on and off at the weekends with my dad and grandad for the past 7/8 Years nothing competitive just vermin and light game, My grandad has trained and boarded dogs for the past 40years for TV, Armed forces, Gun dogs, Show winning dogs, All manor of police dogs, Guards dogs, Farm dogs, Guide dogs and general training in the UK and abroad ect, And me and my farther have been mechanics him specialising in heavy farm machinery lorrys, Light aircraft, Biats, trains of all sizes and I have specialised in cars and motorcycles but have dabbled in abit of everything growing up so can turn my hand to just about anything.. I first started with my dads old B.S.A Metor .22 in he garden using pellet traps I then really got the buzz for it and over time have owned various different .177 and .22 hand guns and rifles of which I now have a Pre Charge B.S.A R10, Possibly looking to attend and meeting if there's any round my neck of the woods and also hoping for some help on where to advertise my old gun as it's abit iffy advertising guns and rifles online. The gun in question is a B.S.A Scorpion .22 with the Black stock as seen here.. Not sure how well there rated amongst the crowd of people on here but my personal exsperiance of ownig and shooting the gun are that it's fantastic, Altho I'm a little old fasion and prefer the look of a well presented wooden stock. Anyway that's my introduction I'm sure you will all get to know me in time. Cheers Kieren
