  1. Sorry to be not willing or able to answer you question,

if I go around asking people how they think voting yes may have affected the children of nial from the pigeon watch forum now that post referendum the whiskey export market is in decline and oil prices are plummeting I may get more than a few funny looks.

Tbh people i know who are not family don't care about the schooling of my kids never mind someone they have never met.

A quick google search shows that 1,617,989 people in Scotland voted yes during the referendum, you must know 1 or 2 to ask youself.

  2. With the oil price at it's current value?

    And with whisky exports plummeting?

Do they see North Korea as some sort of paradise they'd like to replicate here?

yes even with the oil and whisky issues they still feel they made the wrong choice and no they dont see north korea as some sort of paradise they'd like to replicate here.

Most yes voters I know did not vote for a north korean despot dynasty to take control of scotland in a bloody revolution to suppress democracy and introduce genocide and slave labour.

However I could be wrong as I havent asked them all.

  3. When my brother got married I was a bit stuck onwhat to get them as a pressie as they are a couple who have everything.

I ended up getting an old victorian stoat killing a baby rabbit. It was the worst looking example of taxidermy I had ever seen and i got it for nothing off a mate who found it in a shed.

I made a big thing of it when I gave my speech, saying how I had had it for years in my study and that I was giving it to them as a piece of art which cost me a lot of money even thought it was unrestored etc etc. I could see that they hated it with a passion but accepted it as a gift.

everytime I go around they get it out on display I know this as other who are in on it tell me that they dont see it when they go round and I always comment how lovely it looks in the house.

One day i will tell them the truth but I might give it a decade or so.

  4. People will steal anything if it saves them a couple of quid.

Look at that banker on the news this week, wouldnt pay his train fair to save couple of pounds each day. Lost his job when he finally got caught as it shows he couldnt be trusted.

  5. Beer in a can should taste better as it is a better container to transport the beer, it is gas tight where crown caps can allow oxygen in potentially staleing the beer and doesnt allow light in which may skunk the beer.

however most people prefer to drink beer in the bottle, as they say the first bite is with the eye.

  6. Thanks for the advice neil,

I didnt know Chinese air rifle owners club existed.

All my recent air rifle google searches has turned up kit that costs more than my car.

  7. Sorry if this has been covered before but I am looking for a starter air rifle/scope setup for pest control around my mates farm.

Any recomendation on what sort of rifle/scope i should be searching for ( i think i will be looking for secondhand equipment). I am not looking for frills just accurate and reliable.

What sort of budget am I looking at for a setup that will perform this function, realistically I dont wont to spend more than £100-£200 (due to having 3 young kids the closer to £100 the better)

    Thanks,

    Nick
