I have had the same Opinel knife for 35 years, holds an edge really well, very well priced, and not heavy enough to wear a hole in your best trousers.

I too have noticed a change in Barbour over the last years, they seem to cater more for the young upwardly mobile Chelsea tractor drivers with, whats all this "fitted Jackets", and a decline in good old classic solway zipper type coats, I understand they need to up with the times, but please barbour, dont turn your back on the good old classics we have come to love and rely on.

Hi all, new to the forum, and looking for recommendations for ear protection for glasses wearers, I have read threads here saying that the full ear muffs can leak due to the arms of glasses breaking the seal, just wondered what others here with the same are using, many thanks in advance, Chris.
