The id of the animal is very good to 300m hair rabbit ext it's the back ground clarity that is the down fall upto 150 perfect 200 good you can tell the trees hedge ect it's just if you like looking at leaves and cow parsley ect the videos of them on you tube dont do it any favours .yes it's not pulsar pro but it's not 4k more .the reason gone to thermal is when it's foggy or misty night vision is useless thermal still doing my controling.yes night vision very good but long grass and fog rats behind certain object that can see in thermal full body but night vision not so .

Hi new to forum I've recently purchased a infiray 35mm v2 and compared to my buddy's Thermion pro up to 150 m mine is equally as good if not better but his wins hands down for background definition out to further distances. but the V2 is still good it's just when you zoom you loose the clarity so if you know you target is fox ect zoom into blob looking fox at 200m shoot above front pixelated leg .on base to 6 X is great upto 12 is pixelated but have no problems shooting upto 250 300 if my ability is right on the night .if your near sheff come look no problems over back fields Paid 1600 on sale at optics ware house
