I had similar problem late last year. Sent membership in Oct. Cheque cashed within the week and heard nothing. Two letters later and a threat of legal action and asking for a refund and membership details arrive at the end of Jan with insurance running out at the end of March,but membership running to 2009. No apology or explanation,just really poor service. I hate to think, heaven forbid what it would be like if you needed to make an insurance claim. Maybe a representitive of the magazines or the BASA should come on the forum and explain themselves.

Hi,I have a berretta 92FS co2 which is great fun for plinking and mucking around with tin cans ect and would recommend it if thats all you want to do,but they are not so hot on targets compared to some of the pnematic guns (gammo,setyr ect).

Someone always advertises a day ticket shoot in the Airgunner classifieds and TR Robb airguns have a day ticket shoot available on their pricelist(think it is in Essex though).I beleive you can access the classifieds online.

If you walk the ground in daylight you will see where the rabbits main feed areas are by the droppings and scrapes they leave. Make a note of the busiest looking areas and warrens. Then check out areas of cover that are downwind that you can use. Come back an hour of so before dusk and get yourself set up in the cover and you can pick off the bunnies as they come out to feed in the last of the daylight. If you are not used to lamping its best not to lamp alone the first few times untill you get the hang of it. I always pick up as I go,unless there are other rabbits in range that havn't been spooked by the first shot. in which case try and get another.I personally have found that if there is a dead rabbit near a warren it makes the others really spooky. hope that helps.
