Hi all im looking to buy a 17hmr rifle and was looking at the cz range as from what i believe they are good value for money, very accurate and reliable am i wrong which model would be best for long range rabbit and crow shooting. or should i be looking at other makes and models thanks

hi all after 16 weeks i just got my fac though woo hoo for a 22 and 17hmr and i need to decide what to buy i was thinking a semi in 22 and bolt action in 17 so the question is im buying the 22 first prob a ruger 2210 but was unsure if i should get the target model or a second hand one and mod it myself also i heard sako make good 17s is this true thanks hope this has not been done before i done a search

hi all quite new to this so please be kind what is the best range i can get with steel shot and would i benifit from switching to lead do you getting better distance and hitting power with lead? I mainly shoot rabbits if that helps thanks

hi all Looking for a little advice im looking to get a fac and have have loads of good advise from this site on how to do that, the only question i have which may seem like a stupid one is what to go for its mainly going to be for rabbits pigeons crow etc and whats the different between a 17rimfire a 22 live etc and what sort of calibre should i be going for ? is it best to apply for both 17 and 22 or just one and would the reason vermon control be suitable to justify both also will i be restricted to how many i can have im really stuck on this as my knowlege of fac is not as good as my shotgun and airrifle thanks John
