I have now photographed the thing. There are six shot bushings the markings of which are, as far as I can decipher, 1oz, 1 1/4oz, 1 1/?, Redding D, Redding B and a second Redding B. So six in total. There are thirteen powder bushings, marked, as far as I can decipher, 2, 3, 5, 6 (two of these), 7, 9, 10 (two of these), 12 (two of these), 16, 17. There is the one charge bar only. I have taken this out to show it against the bushings and photographed it. The crimp is alas, a six fold crimp. the wad guide has all its petals as far as I can seen and there is a spare set of petals as shown in the picture. The shell carrier is shown with a 70mm cartridge in place and the measurements in the vernier are 55.42mm or 2.183". I would like to sell the thing. There is a spare rubber washer for the bar and, as seen, the original two rubber washers are in place on the machine. There is also one spare shot bottle (without screw cap) that I have not photographed. It is as with the other dirty grey inside. I would be looking at around £185 posted or £175 collect as the additional value is, of course, in the extra bushings for the powder and shot and the spare wad fingers. I would consider reasonable offers. Pictures are attached here. Please let me know with a yes or a no and if no I will list it on PW with a price of £195 sent or £185 collected. For sale is my Remington 870 Sportsman in 12g. 30" barrel, full choke and 3" chamber. Very nice condition and function perfectly. Its got to go, just don't use it enough and need the cabinet space. A bit of Googling will tell you it's basically a budget Wingmaster apparently. And most parts are interchangeable. Collect in person from Salisbury area. £200

Hi all, Does anyone have any experience with the 12 bore Pedretti silenced single shot shotguns? I've had a Mossberg 500 .410 Hushpower which blew the pattern with every cartridge I tried, had the 20 bore Investarm which I sold (after hearing you could not get steel shot up to humane killing speed through one, although a very effective tool with lead shot)... But after talking to others that have loaded their own cartridges with steel and used them to good effect through Hushpowers, I'd like to try a 12g so I can go up a couple shot sizes and still have a decent amount of shot going down range to have the similar effect as lead. I will mainly be using the gun at night on rabbits with Horses living 250-300yds away Any feedback is appreciated either about the gun itself, subsonic 12g in general or about steel shot being used in silenced shotguns. Cheers in advance KKB
