Hello everyone! Has anyone in this group received approval for a new SGC application recently in Cambs/Beds/Herts ? If so, how long did you have to wait? I submitted my application last September, but I haven't received any updates yet, aside from being informed that they are currently busy. I was optimistic, thinking that the resumption of new applications meant the backlog had been cleared, but it seems I may have been mistaken.

Hi, I'm 27, have recently moved to the Newmarket area and am looking to settle back into my shooting again as soon as possible. Ideally I'm looking for a local friendly syndicate for the 2015 game season and also for some pigeon shooting, walked-up vermin control on an ad hoc basis over the summer. I'd really like to hear from anyone who might want a mate to accompany them on outings or to help out when a second gun really helps. I have a couple of shotguns, appropriate insurance and over 10 years shooting experience. Thanks, Sean
