I have a section 1 Armsan A612 with an extended magazine tube that I want to attach a sling to. There is a swivel mounted on the butt still but I lost the one up front on the magazine end cap when it was modified. The magazine is longer than the barrel and would not work with a sling even if there was a swivel there. What is the best way to mount a sling to the gun please?

Hi, I’ve just bought a brand new x bolt sf, I’m having trouble with the mount bases, it’s as if the screws won’t line up. I had the gun shop fit them and I can see day light through them sideways as if they’re fouling on the screws, really not impressed, also seems as if the back mounts are too low. has anybody had this issue? Are there any recommendations for aftermarket bases? and where can I find the number for browning Uk? thanks

Hi All, After some advice / experience. Looking at getting a Verminator mk2 in .177 as an all rounder of an air rifle. Now when it comes to mounts are you having to use quite high ones even with say 44-50mm scopes? A friend has one and tells me that the cheek piece is so high that he is using high mounts on spacer blocks just to get the scope (50mm) in line with his eye. He lives too far away just to nip to see and I won't see him for another few months. Has anyone any experience as I am hoping to get one next Wednesday and I have a spare 44mm scope that I would like to use on it. I know it won't affect it massively sitting the scope up high but always prefer to have scopes as close (not touching) to the barrel as possible. Many thanks, ATB.
