Dodgemball
I've got a duck pond shoot to go to this evening and was wondering if it is the same dress as a game shoot or if it was slightly less formal and anything camo would do? Please could any of you with previous experience of this tyrp of shooting advise. Many Thanks Dodgemball
Billy.
If you're in a hide, go camo. If it's part of a driven shoot, it'll just be an added bonus to the day, as the keeper/farmer is offering the guns some different game, so just wear what you were wearing for the shoot. (i don't think the shoot will offer a 'wardrobe change') I would brush up on your quarry identification before you go, you don't want to end up shooting something you're not allowed to! If in doubt, don't pull the trigger Edited September 27, 2009 by harfordwmj
Baldrick
Wear drab clothing, not camo. You'll look much less of a bell-end dressed in moleskins and olive drab if your fellow Guns are all arrive decked out in tweed (highly unlikely), than you would if you turned up Realtree'd up to the eyeballs.
