Pilky
Hi, am looking to buy my first gun, i have a budget of around £350-£400. It will be used mainly for clays but also a bit of game bird shooting. Does anyone have advice of what to be looking for? Cheers Pilky. COACH
Go for a new Baikal o/u for that money or you may find a tidy Lanber. If you had £600/£700 then the world would be your oyster on a good second hander. The old Miroku 6000/7000 are indeed good old guns but have very low combes (top of stock) and may need a combe raiser, it`s very common with them, you think they fit ok but they dont unless you have a very long face.
