Robalex
no there was no drink on our behalf only the keepers been drinking drink an guns dont mix knockt the drink on the head 4yrs ago now . You handled this incident very well Noel, especially in remaining calm under such provocation. One thing which does shine through and which applies to these yobs is that they shouldn't be drinking on an empty head. I am puzzled by the Police reaction to this fracas: If they were keeping an eye on these ingrates, then what better opportunity to take them to task do they need? Are they scared? Your predicament is whether to press charges against this scum when it seems that the Police aren't interested. Check with your rural officer as to which action you should take. Weigh up the advice and do not act rashly. I am sorry that I cannot give you the answer to this problem but I do hope that it ends well. Lloyd90
The second they hit me Id of got outa the car n knocked the **** outa them! Once they hit you its assault n your only defending yourself! Especially in the situation you describe. I would of genuinely been afraid for my safety and would of fought back without a doubt! Ive know top coppers who've been in the ol bill for 30+ years. Once they hit you you can defend yourself with force I wouldnt of thought twice about it!!
