firdom Posted November 9, 2009 Report Share Posted November 9, 2009 hello i'm having the same problem i just moved up from essex i had 1 person come on and say yes i can give you some shooting over 900acres great i thought sent pm thanking him very much and have heard nothing seems strange? when i was younger and working, the farm i shot asked me to find someone who could shoot midweek it helped the farmer keep the pigeons off thats what its all about i dont want peoples permission just help when they cant be there Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Dave 101 Posted November 9, 2009 Report Share Posted November 9, 2009 Hi , I was thinking of doing the same thing , all land round me in Essex seems to be full , I even tried an advert for paid shooting [ pigeons ] it was a very small amount and I thought it would be worth it but to late it had just gone . many years ago I worked with a keeper but due to his untimely death [ 56 and killed by cancer ] and me changing jobs and moving all my contacts were lost . Being on a 4 day week at work now I was wondering about doing some beating again , if any one knows of a shoot looking for beaters I would be pleased to know .
