  1. Sorry folks but this is now SOLD SOLD SOLD to Pompeyjohn - great bloke. All the best to you mate. Ian..
  2. Purchased new by me about 1 year ago. Brattonsound make, grey in colour. All 4 keys (2 sets with spares) present. Dimensions: width - 8.5", height - 52" and depth - 8". Foam dividers inside show maximum 3 shotguns capacity although this could be a bit snug, so maybe suited to just 2 to avoid damage when taking out or putting back in. Currently bolted to wall and loads of stuff in the way so can get/send pics if required at a later time. Face to face cash sale only, collection from Gosport in Hants required from buyer. Any questions, please PM me. £65 All the best folks!
  3. I got one that I am looking to sell on. It is a Brattonsound with room for 3 shotties I think (i will check tomorrow). Purchased new by me about 2yrs ago and has all 4 keys - 2 seperate locks (presently bolted to wall though). PM me if you are interested.

    Banger Racing

Hi all, Am wanting to take my boys banger racing as they're well into cars and stunts and all that (they are 9 and 7). I know that there are regular meets somewhere near Horndean area but does anyone on here know exactly when, how much and all that? I've tried to search on the www but can find any answers. Thanks in advance peeps
  6. Best pizzas are the ones which you make yourself.
  7. I read in some lads mag (FHM or Nuts) that there is an application on the iphone that emits a sound that cannot be heard which somehow overides the sound that tinnitus gives us thus giving you perfect silence. If that makes sense?
  8. And don't forget to post your results on here! Well done matey and happy shooting

Give up all hope of getting a permission ...
  10. A Baikal 627 is an ideal starter shottie. They go on forever as long as you keep em clean. Some of the older Baikals do have a short LOP but by adding thicker stock recoil pads and other gadgets this can be overcome. Multichokes seem to be a bit more money so you may be looking at fixed chokes. Don't go too tight as a virgin (!!) look for a quarter choke in each barrel at the most. Good luck to you and safe shooting!
  11. Best one I've heard is someone calling a PCSO a "laptop". Because they're not a proper PC! Made me smile
  12. Good spot for the hide - your body shape prob wouldn't show up too much against the solid backdrop.
  13. I think the heat from the hairdryer makes the adhesive stick and harden and also shrink for a near perfect fit. Or something like that anyway.
  14. Oh, didn't know that! Glad they sorted that out
  15. I had one and would recommend them without a doubt! Only thing worth bearing in mind is that you have to hold in the side button to load any round in through the bottom. Bit tricky when you first use it but soon get used to it. 3 yr warranty, multi choke, shoots steel? All for around £400 - good value!

The stock looks like a trap model. What are the chokes - you mention that they're fixed. If they're tight it could well be a trap. If they're a quarter and a half or similar then it's probably a sporter model.
  17. Oh and the Mrs used to hate the smell of the cleaning solutions which made it more 'fun'
  18. When I had my semi I used to dread cleaning it but once I got going I really enjoyed it. Kind of satisfying dismantling it then cleaning each part thoroughly then putting it back together. Ideal if ever there was a problem when using it as you're so familiar with each part that it is a piece of cake to sort out. As said though, do the ports again with wire/pipe cleaners when the barrels have been passed through and cleaned. Oh and always carry a spare O ring cos if it goes you can't use the gun at all! Happy shooting folks

Add a picture if you can. Probably either a sporter or field model - what's the weight of it?
  20. Available permissions have been on my Christmas list for the past few years. Good luck in finding one - they're rare around this part.
  21. I think that this is all the motivation you will need to quit. Good luck to you - you could invest the money in more carts. Or patches!
  22. There used to be lots of things that weren't even entertained on Sundays - shopping, working and the like. Now Sunday is just another day really and people rarely seem to accept that it is a time to be with family/friends and just taking a day out. Saying that, I'm working Saturday and Sunday. Guess that makes me a hypocrite! (shift work for ya).
