MadMatt1979
OK I know to the seasoned relaoder this is probably a daft question, but, here goes anyway! When reloading brass cases how do you get the over shot card to stay in place? I`ve hear some one say they use silicon sealant. Is that acceptable? If not, whats the "prefered" method? Many thanks in advance! Matt
sako751sg
We do 8 bore brass reloading, and 3 little blobs of silicone holds the card in place. As far as i know, this is the preferred method and works fine.
Andy H
Use sodium silicate (waterglass) or pva woodglue.
stirky
Silicone is fine, i put a seal all the way round the rim to hold the top wad in place, A hot melt glue gun also works very well
