May I offer the following modification As a relative newbie I would appreciate being pointed in the right direction. (insert a little about yourself) I am looking for some land to shoot on in the manchester/cheshire area, and am happy to pay the going rate of Subs or buying in days. I am also happy to assist with beating/brushing to make new contacts and friends, as of course I don’t expect complete strangers to offer me shooting rights over their land when they know nothing about me . I have full insurance/dog/and am a member of Just a thought Edited January 8, 2010 by pavman

Delbert
£350?? If you are not shooting 'grace and favour' that is a reasonable price for a small shoot with a small number of reared birds I ran a syndicate 15 years ago and that would not have covered costs for that you would have had 10 days mixed Grouse Woodcock Duck and Pheasant with some evening duck flighting Indeed I would be interested in seeing some detail as my own shooting is very up in the air at the moment a situation I have not experienced for a very very long time.
