poontang
I've got some Gamebore 32g 4's in steel. On the box it says; Suitable for use in guns with a chamber length of 70mm or longer, nitro proofed to a service pressure of 3 1/4 tons per sq. inch (900kg per square cm). Assuming the Express cartridges run at similar pressure (check on the box) and your gun is proofed accordingly then you shouldn't have a problem. Nothing tighter than 1/2 choke and you should be fine. Oh, and expect a bit more recoil than you're probably used to!!
BlaserF3
It's all in here http://www.chircuprodimpex.ro/produse/alic...-ammunition.pdf about what you can and should not do.

teal27
these went through fine, what do you think would be the heaviest load i could put down the barrels?
MC
What are the proof markings on your gun? What is the chamber length? I would stick to what you are using at the moment, 32grams of 4's is plenty for inland or decoyed duck. It will take the odd low goose if you get the shot right. However my advice is if you are serious about wildfowling then get a 3 1/2" chambered gun and use the heaviest and best loads you can lay your hands on.
