robmiller
Hi there got my dad an s410 and he just rang to say he put a mag of pellets through it and none came out! I thought it may have rung a bell after two! Anyhoo.... he now says its almost like air isnt going through the rifle at all. I have advised him to take it to the gun shop. Anyone got any ideas? ryantidgwell
would not have thought so , i took my old gun with jammed pellets and he pushed a cleaning rod through and pushed them out ,
mick miller
A thin wooden or plastic dowel pushed toward the breech should dislodge them, a gunshop isn't going to do anything more than that. Save your dosh.
killer rabbit (r1000)
go & buy yourself a half decent cleaning kit for around a tenner - this will include rods, brushes (try not to use the wire brushes unless you want to end up with a smooth-bore!) & occasionally some cleaning fluid / lube (for the gun!!! ) to clear the barrell simply put a couple of rods together from the kit & shove them down the muzzle (pushing any jammed pellets toward the breach, no need to use brushes for this). this may save you a lot of much-needed cash in the future ps. don't give it back to him :
