TomV
For christmas I asked for some DEBEN slim passive green ear muffs as I thought these would be more comfortable for a days shooting than the flanged ear plugs I've got. Opened up said present on christmas day to find a green Pelter ear muffs. Appartently, Gilsan sports told em that these are the market leader! Is this true?? TomV
Peltor are a serious player in the hearing protection industry and are very good muffs. I use them for all my work and shooting needs and as a company, they handle all our PPE hearing equipment and sound testing in the workshops. I'd be very happy with that christmas present error. Thanks for your reply, it wasn't an error as such they were going off a recommendation from the gun shop! The only downside I can see is that there not as slim as the DEBEN
garyb
Peltor are far superior.
Windy
I'm not sure if the slimness is such a biggy. I have a pair of the new, cheaper Deben active muffs. Basically the same as the slimline but not quite so slim. They dont cause me any bother.
