rabbit Posted January 9, 2010 Report Share Posted January 9, 2010 Hi all,one of my owne,try it and let me now wot you think please. breasts of 4 pigeon smoky bacon 4 rashes mushrooms 4 oz onion 1 large olive oil for frying worcester sauce to taste pint of beef stock chop and fry pigeon in oil,cut bacon in to thin strips and fry with pigeon with just a plash sauce ad mushrooms and chopt onions. then transfer all to slow cooker with stock and a good swig of worcestershire sauce and leave for a couple of hours until pigeon is realy tender,then thicken with a rue and serv.
