I've just ordered my pack of 'shooting cards', I'm going to type up three letters to send out with the cards attached, one to farmers in my area, the other to golf clubs and the last to equestrian businesses,,(paddocks get a right bunnie bashing) each one specifying how i can assist their potential pest problems, if all goes well anyone interested can let me have thier email address, and i'll send a pdf copy Of the letters so you can print them off, and try the same method, I'll keep you all posted. Wish me luck!! :good:

Fair point mate, the reason I'm taking this approach is, the three farms I did call on the farmers were busy and stressed, and weren't very responsive, plus I'm really busy with work at the mo and wont get chance to get out there till the spring so I'm sewing seeds as they say, keep you posted!

thats the beauty of the cards, saves holding up a busy farmer etc and hand them one and say please keep this for future reference or post if no one is about..

nothing like actually talking to someone though.

good luck in whatever way you do it.

Cards turned up first thing this morning!!!!!!!!!! give this guy a try he's on the ball! shootingcards.co.uk

On the shooting cards, on the above website, its references the vermin controller is "fully licensed". Does that mean under the terms on the general license (as such)? So in theory that license would be self certified in line with the general license act, say for the purposes of vermin control/crop protection & disease prevention?
