can't upload a picture

hi all

 

sorry to seem like a div, but i can't seem to upload a picture from my hard drive to this site, i go into browse and select a pic and press upload and the window says uploading and a black arow whirls around and thats it it just doesn't do any more...

 

please help!

when you've selected the picture right click and select 'open with' then select 'microsoft office picture manager' then right click again and select 'edit pictures' the in the box on the right select 'resize' then click on the arrow next to the long white box with 'prdefined width and height' writen above it and select either web small- 448 x 336px or email large 314 x 235px you can also multi select picture to do several at once to save time then save the changes and open them and up load mate
